Who we are
At Fedcap Scotland we help people find work to advance their social and economic wellbeing. We currently deliver Fair Start Scotland, a flexible employability support service in East, South West and North East of Scotland in partnership with StartScotland.
Who we support
Individuals: The service is available to people who are unemployed with a health condition or a disability. To help us provide a high quality service, we employ a team of qualified health and employability professionals to give individuals a holistic employment support package tailored to meet their needs.
Employers: Through an empathetic, understanding, non-judgemental and supportive approach, Fedcap Scotland can offer a wide range of high quality and evidence-based provision to employers from across Scotland.
Why we’re an Apt partner
Fedcap Scotland’s participation has developed within the PSP from being an active and ongoing PSP Partner, and participating in PSP projects as an employer to enhance our current provision, to becoming a Delivery Partner.
Fedcap Scotland is passionate about further enhancing our relationship with the PSP Project and playing a key role in any future development that will increase opportunities for disabled people to achieve their potential.
