Fife Council Employability Team
Who we are
Provision of Supported Employment Service for people of all ages experiencing disability, health conditions, mental health issues who are looking for work, or struggling to return or stay in work. Our service also provides employability support for people who experience multiple disadvantages due to their personal and family situation. Our staff are qualified/expert in the delivery of the Supported Employment Framework and we have specialist staff with accredited qualifications in Autism Profiling, Mental Health in the Workplace Training for Managers, NIDMAR, Quality Management and IOSH.
Why we’re an Apt partner
We have been at the forefront of influencing and delivering supported employment services for over 40 years and wish to continue to contribute to future policies and ambitions aimed at increasing the number of people with disabilities finding and sustaining meaningful paid work.
