Who we are

Employ(my)ability are aiming to work with and support disabled people of working age who wish to move closer to or attain employment across Scotland. Work focussed on improving overall “well-being” as well as practical advice and support (training / CV writing / applying for jobs etc).

Who we support

Employ(my)Ability supports anyone who has a disability, impairment or long-term health condition who wishes to prepare for or seek employment.

Why we’re an Apt partner

Employ(my)Ability recognises the strengths and skills within the PSP and shares it’s aims and objectives so partnering with the PSP is a very natural fit.
