eartha provides consultancy, training, and research & evaluation services to public and third sector organisations.

Our expertise is two-fold:

the design of employability and education services and
the people and organisational strategy that underlines the effective delivery of those services.

We support organisations and a variety of learners, including unemployed jobseekers and the employment advisers who support them.

Why we’re an Apt partner

Our focus has always been on working with disadvantaged jobseekers, but recent engagement with Apt has made us keen to support projects that will reduce the disability employment gap, and ensure disabled people experience greater social and financial inclusion.
